Training

In a bid to continuously build the capacity of its employees, MCB Credit & Securities Limited invests in training and development. In this light, there are three types of training programs namely:

Internal Training Programs

These are carried out internally by MCB Credit & Securities Limited employees with proven knowledge and competence in a specific domain of banking.

Diploma Training Programs

These are training programs for a graduate diploma in banking. Such training programs are provided by the Centre for Professional Banking Training. This is a prelude to a Professional Diploma and Graduate Diploma in Banking from the Technical Banking Institute.

Other Training Programs

Some training programs are scheduled and validated within the framework of the Bank's annual training plan. These are generally training programs that meet specific needs expressed by a unit either through the manager’s request or in fulfillment of regulatory or legal requirements. They are aimed at building the capacities of employees trained in a domain where deficiencies and shortcomings have been identified or noticed.
