Branch Manager 
Responsible for the organization of the branch, development of its turnover, its profitability and the number of active customers in compliance with the general Bank procedures.

Profile: Must have a perfect mastery of Credit management, good knowledge of the market and banking business structure.
Experienced team manager with good decision-making skills.

Customer Relationship Officer (for Private, Professional, Corporate Customers)

The management and growth of a portfolio of clients is their primary responsibility. Their commercial results, team spirit and flexibility help them maximize their potential and secure a promising career.
 Profile: (GCE A/L)+2/4/5, with proven experience in Banking. Good knowledge of the economic, legal, fiscal and social environment.

Teller/Cashier

Processes counter transactions and ensures the sale of basic banking products.

Chief Teller

  • Ensures the management and organization of the counters
  • Plans and organizes cash desk audits
  • Ensures that AED and foreign currency holdings are kept secured
  • Monitors counter service and sales

Market correspondents

  • Acts as an intermediary between the Development Department, the Business head of the market concerned and the regions.
  • Be aware of every development in the financial market.
  • Implement and enforce the commercial action plans set out by the Development Department.
  • Inform , advice and guide the sales forces of the market concerned in collaboration with their superior.
