Customer Relationship Officers (for private customers, professionals, companies)

  • Offer the bank’s products and services to private customers, Major companies (companies with a capital generally exceeding 100 Million AED, SMEs/SMIs or Liberal Professionals.
  • In terms of volume, quality and profitability, build a portfolio of private customers, Corporate, SME/SMI or Professional customers within the framework of a commercial action plan set out by the Regional Offices while complying with internal regulations.
  • Manage the risks related to these portfolios: Decision making power in transactions with regards to the payment or rejection of client orders.

Teller/Cashier
Processes counter transactions and ensures the sale of basic banking products to clients.

Chief Teller

  • Ensures the management and organization of the counters,
  • Plans and organizes cash desk audits,
  • Ensures that AED and foreign currency holdings are kept secured,
  • Monitors counter service and sales.

Branch Manager

  • Ensures the implementation of action plans set out by the Development Department and the Regional Managers,
  • Get involved in local life to enhance the brand /image of the bank within the framework of negotiated and agreed annual objectives and in compliance with bank policies and objectives,
  • Manage and mobilize employees of the branch,
  • Ensure the daily running and management of the branch.

Regional Managers

  • Implement the bank's policy within their region,
  • Ensure the application of the action plans set out by the Department of development,
  • Manage and mobilize the teams placed under their supervision,
  • Demonstrate exemplary and active participation in enhancing MCB Credit & Securities Limited's brand image within their regions

Business and Products Development Manager

  • Participates in market studies and analysis, in the development of the bank's business policy and supervises its implementation.
  • Defines and implements commercial action in the market.
  • Takes charge of external relations in the market.
  • Identifies opportunities in the light of the economic environment and monitors the evolution of customer needs as well as the competition.
