FUNCTIONAL DUTIES

Human Resource Manager
  • Ensures effective implementation of the HR strategic plan while complying with the values and guiding principles of the global strategy of the bank;
  • Ensures proper follow up of payroll within the framework of a targeted compensation policy and ensure its  compliance with the budget allocated;
  • Maintains the social climate and cohesion by the development of a sustained, regular and institutionalized social dialogue with the personnel.
  • Enhances overall working conditions and ensure proper implementation of the labour legislation;
  • Animate, direct and manage the Department.

Career Management Service Head

  • Proposes and implements the recruitment policy, defines the adequate processes, organizes selection of applicants, recruitment (and/or integration) to meet current and future human resource needs of the bank;
  • Provides adequate resources to match the needs of the bank in the present, short, medium and long term both in terms of quantity and competence while taking into account the expectations of employees, professional development, the target workforce and in compliance with HR budget;
  • Develops and proposes the main thrusts of the bank's training policy, implements actions and monitors their implementation in order to match employees' skills with those required by the bank;
  • Animate, direct and manage the Department.

Personnel Branch Manager

  • Supervises the opening and management of accounts for employees in compliance with banking standards and the bank's social policy;
  • Manages credit facilities for bank employees;
  • Manages relations with certain external partners (insurance companies);
  • Supervises and manages employees in the Service.

Personnel Administration Manager

  • Ensures the individual and collective administration of personnel, from recruitment to expiration of contract;
  • Ensures payroll production within prescribed deadlines while complying with legal requirements;
  • Collects, processes and files all personal data related to personnel management;
  • Supervises and manages employees of the unit.

Human Resource Research Analyst

  • Participates in projects run by the HR Department;
  • Carries out administrative or secretarial duties based on service to which they are assigned;
  • Conducts research towards the enhancement, optimization and upgrading of processes that will improve the quality of services rendered by the HR Service or Department.

Legal Editor

  • Collects information needed to process and follow up litigation files;
  • Researches and checks texts appropriate/relevant to legally significant facts;
  • Accomplishes certain formalities required for procedures;
  • Monitors accounts under litigation;
  • Amicable debt recovery.

Head of Legal and Tax Affairs

  • Provides legal advice on behalf of the Bank and its clientele;
  • Negotiates and drafts contracts, validates legal arrangements;
  • Directs and manages this division;
  • Represents the Bank in court sessions( in the case of disputes);
  • Protects the Bank from legal risks.

Head of Litigation Division

  • Controls and follows up  debt recovery procedures;
  • Prevents and resolves disputes by interpreting the law;
  • Provides amicable or legal solutions to disputes;
  • Supervises and manages employees of the unit;

Head of Legal Affairs and Litigation Department

  • Ensures the legality of all the Bank's activities;
  • Develops and implements the recovery policy of the Bank;
  • Directs, administers, and manages the Department;
  • Provides legal advice and training within the Bank.

Head of IT Division

  • Supervises all activities of the Division;
  • Analyses and carries out IT projects validated by Executive Management in collaboration with the Central Director of IT;
  • Secures the computer system and ensures quality in functioning IT environment both at the Head Office and Branches;
  • Supervises the implementation, the follow up and maintenance of interfaces at the Head office and branches;
  • Ensures on a regular basis, the provision of data processing results;
  • Directs and manages employees of the Division.

Accounting Control Officer

  • Monitors and analyses internal and correspondents' accounts;
  • Ensures compliance with accounting orthodoxy.

Financial Reporting Officer

  • Prepares financial reporting, analyses and controls regulatory financial statements;
  • Supervises accounts payable and prepares purchase records;
  • Drafts and updates accounting procedure manuals;
  • Involvement in ensuring compliance with the Bank's tax obligations.

Head of Treasury

  • Ensures that funds are available at all times for the functioning and expansion of the Bank.

Director of Accounting and the Treasury

  • Prepares all regulatory accounting statements (Operating accounts, profit and loss account, balance sheet;
  • Makes full analysis of data collected from the services of his Department in order to determine and explain the economic and financial realities of the Bank;
  • Ensures compliance with accounting and financial orthodoxy;
  • Anticipates imbalances and distortions that may affect the Bank’s global profit;
  • Ensures the daily management of the treasury and financial dealings between the Bank and other companies;
  • Directs and manages employees of the Department.

Management Control Research Analyst

  • Participates in projects run by the Department;
  • Conducts research towards the enhancement, optimization and upgrading of processes that will improve the quality of services rendered by the Department;
  • Carries out administrative tasks under the supervision of the head of department.

Head of Analytical Management Division

  • Prepares monthly income statements as well as profit-and-loss forecasts;
  • Prepares and follows up investment budget;
  • Analyses differences in income statement.

Head of Management Control Department

  • Measures performance and participate in developing forecast management at the Bank;
  • Conducts  research on cost-benefit with regard to operations, products, customers and various entities of the Bank;
  • Controls the accuracy of financial and accounting information;
  • Directs and manages the Department.
