Director of Organization
  • Participates in the expansion of the Bank by improving productivity, profitability and quality in compliance with the guidelines determined by Executive Management;
  • Head IT related projects: acting as interface between users and project managers while ensuring coherence with added value for money and expected results in relation to the Bank's organization principles;
  • Ensures that organizational projects are successfully completed;
  • Supervises the team of system planners;
  • Supervises and coordinates the implementation of the quality policy.

Senior System Planner

  • Follows up IT related projects;
  • Conducts organization related research/studies on all procedures, circuits and means put in place in the entities;
  • Proposes, conceives and/or develops organizational tools and methods

Associate System Planner

  • Participates in IT related projects;
  • Participates in organization related research/studies on all procedures, circuits and means put in place in the entities.

Senior Inspector

  • Ensures that the Bank is compliant with the applicable internal and external regulations;
  • Ensures the management of various risks the Bank might be exposed to;
  • Informs legislative bodies, managers as well as regulatory organs on the key observations made;
  • Participates in the organization of the internal control system;
  • Ensures the implementation of  action plans;

Junior Inspector

  • Participates in internal audit carried out in services and branches as assistant to the Senior Inspector heading the mission;
  • Ensures compliance with regulations and procedures in force;
  • Makes observations on the functioning of units, assesses organization related risks; Recommends specific improvement measures to be taken;
  • Analyses disputes arising from customer claims and proposes changes in procedures or in organization in order to eliminate the causes.

Security Officer

  • Conceives, proposes and implements the Bank's policy in terms of security of persons and protection of property;
  • Identifies and assesses significant risks and proposes the appropriate security level required, defining a suitable security organization and relevant procedures through which the Bank can adequately cover potential risks;
  • Ensures compliance with the required standards set out by the law, regulations and agreements signed with other social partners within domains related to risks persons and property are exposed to as well as continuity in the running of the Bank.

Credit Analyst

  • Studies loan applications from customers to prepare the decision of hierarchy
  • Assists the branches throughout the network with complex loan files (financing plan, search for suitable solutions, or ordinary files constituted by Customer Relationship Officers with little or no experience.
  • Responds to requests from collaborators throughout the network with regards to loan interest rates, prices and the Bank's Credit Policy.
  • Supervises loan applications.
  • Prepares risk control files and monitors action plans resulting from risk control missions.

Loan Administration Officer

  • Monitors and improves performance with regard to loan administration processes in line with the objectives set: Constantly aims at optimizing the quality of service offered as well as processing costs.
  • Makes decisions on files that cannot be handled by research analysts
  • Manages external relations of the Loan Administration Service
  • Directs, coordinates, and manages employees of the Service.

Credit Risk Manager

  • Participates in setting up credit policies; proposes and implements the terms of this policies (range of loans, rates, prices, delegation, circuit, procedure...)
  • Makes decisions on loan applications after analysis by the Credit Research Analyst treating the file.
  • Forecasting future developments in the credit structure and adjustments required in the Department with regard to human resources, organization, tools, etc... Participates in IT projects and major organizational ventures
  • Assists Customer Relationship Officers, and Research Analysts in their daily activities
  • Directs, coordinates, and manages employees of the Department
